REN does not support COROS as a direct integration yet. At the moment, REN supports Garmin and Apple Watch for direct device integration.
What works right now
Direct integrations (best experience)
Garmin
Apple Watch
Indirect integration via Apple Health (iPhone)
If you use an iPhone, you can still connect COROS indirectly via Apple Health (HealthKit):
If your COROS workouts are written to Apple Health (via the COROS app), REN can import those activities from Apple Health.
Limitations when using Apple Health
When Apple Health is used as a “middle step”:
Not all activity data may be shared with REN (data can be more limited than a direct integration).
REN cannot send structured workouts to your COROS device via Apple Health.
What to do in the meantime
Make sure COROS app → Apple Health syncing is enabled.
In REN, allow access to read workouts from Apple Health.
Keep logging your post-workout feedback in REN (how it felt / self-evaluation).
Troubleshooting: COROS activity is in Apple Health, but not showing correctly in REN
If your COROS activities appear in Apple Health but not in REN, it’s usually permissions, source priority, or syncing.
1) Check Health permissions for REN
Open Health → Profile → Apps → REN
Make sure these are enabled (toggled on):
Heart Rate
Walking + Running Distance
Workouts
Running Speed (if available)
2) Prioritize COROS as the Health data source for key running metrics
Open the Health app
Go to Browse
Open each metric below, then scroll to Data Sources & Access → Edit
Drag COROS to the top of the list for each metric:
Heart Rate
Walking + Running Distance
Workouts
Running Speed (if available)
3) Force a resync from COROS to Apple Health
Open the COROS app and trigger a sync (sync the watch / pull to refresh), then re-check REN
4) Refresh REN
Fully close and reopen REN
If needed, toggle Health access off/on:
Health → Profile → Apps → REN
5) Update & restart
Update your watch firmware and the COROS app
Update REN
Restart your iPhone and watch if the sync seems stuck
