REN automatically sends planned workouts to Garmin Connect - but not until the workout day itself.
Automatic sending (at midnight)
A REN workout is automatically pushed to Garmin Connect at midnight on the day it's planned.
We do this because REN is adaptive:
At midnight, we know exactly what you did the day before
That means the workout planned for the next day is confirmed and up to date
If we pushed workouts earlier, they could become outdated if your training changes
Send a workout to Garmin manually (for today)
If you want the workout on your Garmin earlier (or you want to put it on today manually), you can send it yourself:
Open the workout in REN
Tap the Upload/Send button in the top-right corner
Select Send to Garmin
The workout will then appear in Garmin Connect and on your Garmin device for today.
Why don't my workouts from other apps appear in REN?
If you use another fitness platform alongside REN, please note that Garmin Connect will not forward data received from one third-party service to another. This means that workouts or activities imported into Garmin Connect from an external platform will not automatically sync through to REN.
This is a Garmin policy designed to prevent duplicate data across accounts, and applies to all third-party services connected to Garmin Connect - not just REN.
