Starting With REN as a Beginner
During the onboarding process, the app will ask you about your running experience. If you indicate that you're new to running, REN will automatically create a plan that starts with short running intervals — typically 2 to 3 minutes of running followed by walking breaks. This approach ensures that your workouts are gentle, manageable, and focused on building a strong, injury-free foundation.
How Your Plan Progresses
REN’s training plans are adaptive, which means the workouts evolve based on:
