Why Availability Matters
It ensures your training plan is realistic and sustainable.
It allows REN to build a program that adapts around your lifestyle, not the other way around.
It prevents overload and helps you progress steadily without unnecessary risk of injury or burnout.
If your weekly schedule changes, you can update your availability and REN will instantly adjust your training plan.
Recommended Weekly Training Time by Goal

Make sure to give about 10-25% more availability than the suggested training time. That way REN can plan as effectively as possible/
Tips for Structuring Availability
Give more availability than you want to train. REN never gives more training hours.
Spread your hours across multiple days — consistent training beats cramming everything into two long sessions.
Plan rest days in between training days so your body can recover.
Keep one day for a longer run if possible — ideally with a rest day before and after to maximize benefit and recovery.

How to Set Availability in REN
Go to Settings & Profile in the upper right corner of the app.
Tap Availability.
Select the number of hours per week you realistically have to train.
Save your settings — REN will do the rest.
