Giving feedback after each workout is an important part of how REN adapts your training plan. It helps the app understand how you felt and how hard the session was, so your plan stays personalized.
Ways to Give Feedback
1. Directly via Garmin Watch
If you use a Garmin watch, you can submit your workout feedback directly from the device.
When you reopen the REN app, a pop-up will appear letting you know that feedback has already been given.
You’ll be taken straight to the Activity Details screen, where you can see your feedback and analysis.
Your training plan will automatically adapt based on this input.

2. Inside the REN App
If you haven’t given feedback yet, the app will guide you through it right after your workout:
RPE (How Hard Was the Workout?)
You’ll see a scale from 1 to 10, where 1 = very easy and 10 = maximum effort.
Select the number that best matches your perceived exertion.
📷 Example – Selecting RPE:
Self-Evaluation (How Did You Feel?)
You’ll choose from five smiley faces ranging from very bad 😭 to amazing 😍.
This tells REN how the workout felt overall, beyond just physical effort.

Confirm Workout Type
The app will ask whether the workout completed was the suggested session from your training plan.
Confirming this helps REN keep your plan aligned with your actual training.
Submit Feedback
Tap Submit to finalize.
Once submitted, your workout is factored into your ongoing plan.
Where to See Completed Workouts
All your completed sessions appear under the Activities tab.
From here, you can:
Open an activity to review details like pace, heart rate, and route.
Update or adjust feedback if needed.

✅ Tip: Consistently giving feedback helps REN adjust your thresholds, predict race performance more accurately, and fine-tune your training plan to your body’s response.
