If your REN workout is not appearing in Garmin Connect or on your device, do this:
1. Reopen REN and check your Garmin connection
Go to REN → Settings
Open Connected account
Tap on Garmin Connect
You see the option Disconnect
Then tap Connect to Garmin again to re-authorize
This refreshes the link for both activity sync and workout sync.
2. Make sure all permissions are toggled on
During the reconnect flow in Garmin Connect:
Turn all available toggles ON
Especially anything related to:
Activities / workout data
Training plans / workouts / courses
If the workout-related permissions are off, REN can connect but won’t be allowed to send your planned sessions to Garmin.
3. Confirm you’re on the right Garmin account
If you have multiple Garmin accounts:
Check which account is logged into Garmin Connect
Make sure REN is connected to that same account
Your workouts and activities must live in that account to sync correctly
4. Check where you’re looking on your Garmin
In Garmin Connect, look at your calendar or training / workouts section
On your watch, check the training / workouts menu for today’s workout and upcoming ones
Sometimes the workouts are there, just not where you expect them at first glance.
My Garmin runs aren’t syncing into REN either. What then?
If completed runs from your watch aren’t appearing in REN:
Make sure the run is visible in Garmin Connect
Make sure the Garmin Connect app is updated to the latest version
Follow the same steps:
Go to REN settings → Garmin Connect
Reconnect Garmin
Turn all permissions ON
Reopen REN and check your activities again
Still stuck?
If you’ve:
Reconnected Garmin in REN
Enabled all permissions
Ensured the correct Garmin account is connected
Checked Garmin Connect and your device for workouts
…but your REN workouts still don’t show up, reach out to REN support with:
A screenshot of your Garmin Connect calendar
One example REN workout that’s missing (date and name)
Your Garmin device model
✅ Remember
Connect Garmin in REN → Settings
REN will then:
Import your Garmin activities into REN
Export your REN workouts to Garmin Connect and your watch, scheduled on the right day
If sync breaks, go back to settings, reconnect, and make sure all permissions are toggled on
After that, you just follow the workout on your wrist—and let REN and Garmin handle the logistics.
