If you would like to permanently delete your REN account and all associated data, you can do this yourself directly in the app at any time.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the REN app and go to Settings (top right from the Today tab)
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Before You Delete
You'll need to cancel your subscription renewal first before you're able to delete your account. Since your subscription is managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play, cancellations need to be done directly through those platforms rather than in REN itself:
- iOS: manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings
- Android: manage and cancel your subscription through Google Play
Once your renewal is cancelled, you'll be able to complete the account deletion in the app.
What Happens Next
- Your REN account and all personal data will be permanently deleted immediately
- This action cannot be undone
✅ Note: Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered. If you'd like to use REN again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
